SPF PermError

PermError means the domain's published SPF records could not be correctly interpreted. RFC 7208 says that requires DNS operator intervention.

It is returned for a syntax error, for more than one record that starts with v=spf1, and when evaluation exceeds 10 DNS-querying terms. If a receiver rejects during SMTP for this result, the reply code should be 550 and, if supported, enhanced status 5.5.2.
