Google Postmaster Tools
Google Postmaster Tools is a Google service for domain owners who send mail to Gmail. Google's help article says verified owners can see reputation, spam rate, authentication, and delivery errors for their domain.
Access requires adding and verifying the domain in Postmaster Tools. The dashboards are Google's view of traffic to Gmail, not a guarantee of inbox placement.
What it is not
Postmaster Tools does not publish SPF or DKIM records for the domain. It reads mail that already reaches Google's infrastructure and reports how that mail authenticated.
Microsoft runs a separate program, SNDS, for Outlook and Hotmail traffic. The two consoles are not interchangeable.
Dashboards
Google's help article lists spam rate, IP reputation, authentication, and delivery errors as categories available after verification. The data reflects mail that reached Google's systems.
Postmaster Tools is separate from publishing SPF, DKIM, and DMARC in DNS. Those records still have to exist at the domain's DNS host for authentication to pass.
